Grundsteuererlass: Antrag bei erheblichen Mietausfällen

Bei erheblichen Mietausfällen in 2021 besteht bis zum 31.3.2022 die Möglichkeit, einen teilweisen Erlass der Grundsteuer zu beantragen. |

Voraussetzung ist eine wesentliche Ertragsminderung, die der Steuerpflichtige nicht zu vertreten hat. Diese liegt vor, wenn der normale Rohertrag um mehr als die Hälfte gemindert ist. Ist dies der Fall, kann die Grundsteuer um 25 % erlassen werden. Fällt der Ertrag in voller Höhe aus, ist ein Grundsteuererlass von 50 % möglich.
