Das Bundesfinanzministerium hat die Pauschbeträge für Sachentnahmen (Eigenverbrauch) 2021 veröffentlicht. |

Die Pauschbeträge beruhen auf Erfahrungswerten und bieten dem Steuerpflichtigen die Möglichkeit, Warenentnahmen monatlich pauschal zu verbuchen. Sie entbinden ihn damit von der Aufzeichnung vieler Einzelentnahmen.

Da diese Regelung der Vereinfachung dienen soll, sind Zu- oder Abschläge wegen individueller Ess- oder Trinkgewohnheiten nicht zulässig. Selbst Krankheit oder Urlaub rechtfertigen keine abweichende Handhabung.

Beachten Sie | Werden Betriebe jedoch nachweislich wegen einer landesrechtlichen Verordnung, einer kommunalen Allgemeinverfügung oder einer behördlichen Anweisung vollständig wegen der Coronapandemie geschlossen, kann in diesen Fällen ein zeitanteiliger Ansatz der Pauschbeträge erfolgen.

Das Bundesfinanzministerium weist darauf hin, dass es sich um pauschale Halbjahreswerte für eine Person handelt. Für Kinder bis zum vollendeten 2. Lebensjahr entfällt der Ansatz eines Pauschbetrags. Bis zum vollendeten 12. Lebensjahr ist die Hälfte des jeweiligen Werts anzusetzen.
