| Angesichts der Niedrigzinsphase gehen die Bausparkassen vermehrt dazu über, gut verzinste Altverträge zu kündigen – und dies ist rechtens, wie der Bundesgerichtshof nun entschieden hat. |

Da auf die Bausparverträge Darlehensrecht anzuwenden ist, können sie im Regelfall zehn Jahre nach Zuteilungsreife gekündigt werden.
