| Der Vorsteuerabzug bei nicht nur unternehmerisch genutzten Gegenständen (z. B. Fotovoltaikanlagen) setzt eine zeitnahe Zuordnung zum Unternehmensvermögen voraus. Wurde die Zuordnung bei der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung nicht dokumentiert, ist sie spätestens bis zur gesetzlichen Abgabefrist für Steuererklärungen (31.5. des Folgejahres) gegenüber dem Finanzamt zu erklären.
